You are at risk of tax sale if:

• You owe at least $750 in property taxes, OR
• You have other City liens totaling at least $750,OR
OR
• You owe at least $750 on property taxes and other City liens combined.

Note that:

• City liens can include unpaid bills or citations from City agencies, including the Health Department, the Housing Department, or the Environmental Control Board.
• Amounts owed for unpaid water bills cannot be used to put your home into tax sale, either on their own or in combination with other unpaid City bills.
