To avoid the tax sale, you should bring cash, certified check or money order for the full amount that you owe by April 30 to the Abel Wolman Municipal Building, 200 Holliday Street, Baltimore MD 21202. If you cannot pay the full amount you owe, you can request to make a partial payment to reduce your total bills owed to less than $750. Be aware that City employees may or may not accept partial payments.

Request a written receipt. If you wait until after the tax sale to pay it will be more expensive.
